CNCSUPER 4-axis CNC router expands the standard X, Y, and Z movements with an added A-axis, which provides controlled rotation. By adjusting the spindle’s angle, this fourth axis allows the machine to work on several sides of a material in a single setup, eliminating the need for manual repositioning. This makes it highly effective for producing complex shapes, detailed 3D carvings, and cylindrical parts sculptures.
Built with a robust, precision-tempered steel frame, the machine offers exceptional rigidity and stability. This heavy-duty construction minimizes vibration and helps maintain high accuracy during operation.
The router is assembled with premium components such as a 9kW ATC 4-axis spindle, Delta inverter, TBI ball screws, and SYNTEC servo motors. Paired with the SYNTEC control system, it delivers reliable long-duration performance with outstanding precision and productivity.
12-position linear tool magazine allows fast, automated tool changes, improving workflow efficiency. A carousel-style tool magazine is also available as an optional configuration.
SYNTEC 60W-E control system, equipped with a handheld pulse wheel, provides simple, user-friendly operation. It integrates seamlessly with SYNTEC servos and supports multiple software formats.
7.5kW air-cooled vacuum pump working with the segmented vacuum table ensures stable material fixation, making it easy to process even smaller-sized work pieces.
