Rugged Construction: Incorporates a heavy-duty all-steel welded frame that undergoes stress relief processing, which secures optimal rigidity, structural stability and a lengthy service life, even when operating in strenuous production scenarios.
High-Precision Motion System: Smooth, accurate movement and high repeatability are achieved on the X, Y and Z axes through the adoption of precision-grade components, including Taiwan PMI linear guide rails and high-quality ball screws or rack-and-pinion mechanisms.
High-Power Spindle: Comes with a rugged air-cooled or liquid-cooled spindle that hits a maximum speed of 24,000 RPM, making it suitable for machining an extensive range of materials like wood, plastics and non-ferrous metals.
Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): The machine automatically selects and replaces cutting tools according to the G-code program, reducing manual intervention, downtime, and operating costs. The rear-positioned linear tool magazine features a simple mechanical layout that delivers stable performance.
Advanced Control System: Powered by intelligent controllers including Syntec, NC Studio and CNCSUPER, featuring automatic tool length compensation and tool breakage detection, and fully compatible with CAD/CAM software such as Aspire, Vcarve and Fusion360.
The Automated Tool Length Sensor takes automatic measurements of new tool lengths, updates the controller’s Z-axis parameters in real time, and ensures exact cutting depths and reliable, consistent results across all operations.
Workholding System: Utilizes a multi-zone vacuum table and strong suction pumps to keep panels firmly in place, allowing complete surface machining and improved workflow efficiency.
Integrated Dust Collection & Lubrication: Features an effective dust extraction system to maintain a tidy workspace, along with automatic lubrication to simplify ongoing maintenance.
