It's an industrial-grade CNC router optimized for extreme speed, smooth communication, and a "mirror-like" surface finish. It is typically marketed toward high-end manufacturing for aluminum, acrylic, and aerospace components where post-processing (like polishing) needs to be minimized or eliminated. 

Designed with an integrated gantry moving structure, this machine employs dual‑motor drive on the Y‑axis and precision‑ground helical gear transmission, which reliably ensures the overall stability and machining precision of the equipment.

Equipped with a high‑precision 5.5 kW water‑cooled spindle, with a maximum rotational speed of 24,000 rpm. The higher power output and superior precision greatly improve machining efficiency and surface quality.

 The machine incorporates an entire set of original DELTA servo motors and drivers from Taiwan, with a rapid speed capability of up to 20,000 mm/min to realize fast and stable positioning and feeding operations.

 Powered by the original NC Studio control system, the machine features stable performance and convenient handling and control.

 The machine is fitted with a dry rotary vane vacuum pump and a 7.5 kW air pump, paired with a specially designed vacuum table. This configuration ensures stable adsorption and consistent processing of small workpieces at any time.
