The ATC CNC Router with 3-axis ball screw drive and stainless steel water trough is a specialized industrial machine designed for the high-precision processing of non-ferrous metals like aluminum and high-density insulation materials.
Unlike standard wood routers, these machines typically feature a reinforced heavy steel frame to provide the rigidity required for cutting metal. The 3-axis ball screw drive system on all axes (X, Y, and Z) ensures superior accuracy and zero backlash compared to gear rack systems, which is critical when machining detailed aluminum parts.

Adopt industrial heavy-duty seamless welded structures design, identify the deformation of welded structures by finite element analysis, also use low temperature annealing control, in order to ensure the best strength and rigidity.
X.Y.Z axis all ball screw transmission to assure high precision.
Equipped with high-precision 7.5KW ATC tool change water cooling spindle with industry water chiller, rotating speed 24000rmp / min, save time and avoid manual tool change error.
Integrated with NC STUDIO bus servo drives and CNC system, it features better stability, higher precision, simpler wiring, easier debugging and stronger anti-interference, greatly improving machining efficiency and quality.
Equipped with a stainless steel water tank and water circulation system, it provides effective cooling, chip removal, water saving and cleaner, more stable machining.
The integrated cabinet plus rocker tool box design not only saves space but also keeps the engraving tools in order.
