CNCSUPER S5T2 is a High-Efficiency Dual-Process Industrial CNC Router. By using a Dual Z-axis design, the machine can carry two independent spindles, allowing for rapid switching between different tools (like a roughing bit and a finishing bit) without the complexity of a full rotary ATC.

Featuring a gantry-moving structure, the Y-axis is equipped with dual motors and precision-ground helical gear drives, guaranteeing the machine’s machining accuracy.

Fitted with 2pcs 5.5 kW water-cooled spindles reaching a rotational speed of 24,000 rpm, delivering enhanced power and precision.

The machine utilizes a complete set of custom CNCSUPER servo motors and drivers, achieving a working speed of up to 25000 mm/min.

Equipped with an automatic tool sensor, it enables precise tool setting, making operation both practical and convenient.

Equipped with the CNCSUPER three-axis control system, offering straightforward operation and control.

The integrated cabinet plus rocker tool box design not only saves space but also keeps the engraving tools in order. 

Dry rotary vane vacuum pump, power 7.5kw plus vacuum table section design makes the smaller material can be processed at any time.
