CNCSUPER S5DS is a "Bridge-Type" Metal CNC Router. It is more powerful than a wood router but more affordable than a full VMC (Vertical Machining Center). By using a manual 5.5KW mold spindle, you get the high torque needed for metal at a much lower price point than an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system.

Industrial Frame Rigidity: A heavy-duty, stress-relieved steel bridge structure that minimizes vibration, allowing for the "Mirror Finish" cutting quality required in professional fabrication.
Full-Axis Protection: Robust XYZ protective bellows (covers) shield the guide rails and drive components from abrasive insulation dust and metallic swarf, significantly extending the machine’s service life.
Precision Drive System: Equipped with XY Grinding Racks for high-speed transmission and a Z-axis Ball Screw for zero-backlash vertical precision, ideal for complex 3D mold engraving.
5KW High-Torque Mold Spindle: A water-cooled, constant-torque spindle specifically engineered for the resistance of non-ferrous metals, ensuring stable RPM and a high-quality surface finish.
Integrated Cooling System: A stainless steel water trough combined with a high-volume circulation pump provides essential flood cooling to prevent "chip welding" and tool overheating during metal processing.
