The machine combines vacuum adsorption with a pressure roller for secure material holding, while industrial controls and specialized positioning devices ensure high accuracy in a cost-effective package.

Adopt industrial seamless welded structures design, identify the deformation of welded structures by finite element analysis, also use low temperature annealing control, in order to ensure the best strength and rigidity.

X.Y axis adopt imported high-precision helical rack-and-pinion transmission systems, Z axis adopts a high-precision TBI ball screw drive, ensuring smooth movement, excellent positioning accuracy and consistent machining repeatability.

Equipped with 6 sets of adjustable support feet, the machine allows precise height leveling and stable placement on various ground conditions. This design effectively maintains horizontal balance, reduces vibration during operation, and ensures stable and high-precision machining performance.

The integrated cabinet plus rocker tool box   improves on-site neatness, and enables orderly storage and quick access to engraving tools, enhancing overall work efficiency.

Supports a wide range of professional engraving and design software, including Type3, Casmate, Artcam, Wentai, JD Paint and other mainstream CAM/design programs, ensuring strong adaptability, flexible operation and convenient data import for diverse processing requirements.
