High-Precision Motion System: Equipped with Taiwan PMI linear guide rails and premium ball screws or rack-and-pinion, X, Y, and Z axes delivering smooth motion, high accuracy, and excellent repeatability.
High-Power Spindle: The unit features a durable air-cooled or liquid-cooled spindle with a top speed of 24,000 RPM, enabling it to tackle a diverse array of materials including wood, plastics and non-ferrous metals with ease.
Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): Controlled by the G-code instructions, the replaces cutting tools enables fast and accurate tool switching to improve workflow efficiency and lower labor requirements. The back-mounted linear tool magazine is designed for durability, easy maintenance, and cost-effective manufacturing.
Advanced Control System: Intelligent controller-driven (Syntec/NC Studio/CNCSUPER) with automatic tool length compensation, tool breakage detection, and compatibility with standard CAD/CAM software (Aspire, Vcarve, Fusion360).
